Hello.

Seth Mathus Ganz was born and raised in central New Jersey. He attended Lakewood High School, then went to Boston University and completed a B.S. in Biology. He spent a year after undergraduate in Boston as a Surgery Technician at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital, and went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in North Grafton, MA. Seth completed consecutive one-year rotating and surgical specialty internships at Veterinary Specialty Hospital in San Diego. He completed a three-year Surgical Residency at Animal Referral Center Fox Valley in Appleton WI. He sat for his board examination January 2011 and was Board-certified March 2011. Seth stayed on in Appleton as a staff surgeon for a year, followed by a year on staff at California Veterinary Specialists in Carlsbad, CA. He was chief surgeon at Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County in San Marcos, CA from July 2012 until 2020.

Seth has performed thousands of surgeries, mentored over one hundred trainees, and lectured regularly to the referring veterinarian community. He has done locum work in Iowa, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana and Los Angeles.

Jenny Grenke, RVT

 

Jenny is a Registered Veterinary Technician that has worked in the industry for over 15 years. She graduated From San Pasqual High School in 2006 and then obtained her Bachelors of Science in Animal Science at Fresno State University in 2010. Jenny became a RVT in 2011. She worked in private general practices from 2005- 2014. In 2014, she began working in Specialty and Emergency Veterinary Medicine where she affirmed her interest in surgery and anesthesia.

I worked with Jenny long before I ever conceived of Agile, but she couldn’t be a better fit for this role; she embodies Agile’s mission of quality, efficiency, passion and fun!

Tara Navarro

Tara graduated from Mesa Community College with a degree in Animal Science in 2011. She was a primary registered veterinary technician at Animal and Bird Hospital in Del Mar.  In 2016, Tara moved on to specialty medicine, joining the surgery department at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of North County where she worked with Dr Ganz. In March 2022 Tara joined the Agile team. She is in charge of scheduling and general inquiries and keeps us pointed in the right direction while her two little ones point her in many directions!

Joanna Ruiz

Joanna graduated from Valley Center High School in 2002. She has been certified as a Medical Assistant since 2006 and is a certified bilingual interpreter since 2016. Her full time job has been with Neighborhood Healthcare since 2006; as a Medical Assistant for 14 years and, for the past 2 years, serving prenatal patients as a referral clerk.

Joanna has been on the Agile team since September of 2022. She meets us at Agile World Headquarters at the end of our days and gets us ready for the next day, cleaning, wrapping and autoclaving our instruments and keeping us rocking and rolling!!!
